Getting A Quote
To Receive a free, no-obligation and accurate removals quotation from MoveMyBoxes.com please click here or navigate to our ‘Get a Quote’ page. Once you reach this page read carefully and follow the simple instructions provided.
Making a booking
Once you have received your removals quotation and you are happy to proceed with a booking. Contact MoveMyBoxes by email requesting a booking confirmation. Your quote details will have been stored on our system and we will be able to send confirmation as soon as your request is opened.
Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email and/or text message.
The Day of Your Move
On the day of your move your driver will have all the required information such as contact details. This provides the driver with the means to give you a standard courtesy call 1 hour before arrival. The driver would also contact you in cases of delays and other possible changes in circumstance.
Once the vehicle and driver arrive at your collection address, the driver will immediately make themselves useful and begin to load the vehicle.
Careful notes of the details of the load will be made as loading takes place and special care will be taken to ensure the safety of your belongings both during loading and transportation.
Once collection is complete you will be asked to sign some simple paperwork and be given a collection note assuring you your belongings are both covered by our insurance and that they will be taken to their destination as agreed.
At the agreed delivery address the driver will take the same care to unload your belongings and will then help you to complete the final sections of paperwork and leave you to enjoy your new life.
Payment
Payment is to be made on delivery and we only accept cash or cheque. A receipt of payment is provided with every job alongside a copy of all the paperwork relating to your move.
